My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was convenient for my needs, and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. However, the room posed some challenges as my friend, who is not disabled, had difficulty walking from the car park. The room was uncomfortably hot, but we managed with a small fan provided upon request. The bathroom had a radiator near the toilet, which we couldn't turn off.
